Refund Policy:

At Honda Pro Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund for most products within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will include the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any custom-made or special order products. In addition, we cannot refund any products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Return Policy:

Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm. We are located at Villa Turabo Calle Pino H-22, Caguas, Puerto Rico. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at (787) 746-0303 or (787) 747-8613 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will be happy to arrange for a return and replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at (787) 746-0303 or (787) 747-8613 within 30 days of the purchase date to request an exchange. Our business hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 3pm. We are located at Villa Turabo Calle Pino H-22, Caguas, Puerto Rico. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will send you the replacement product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to us and for any price difference between the original product and the replacement product.
